Trial Victory in Sexual Harassment Case

We are proud to share that a Jackson County jury awarded our client a verdict of $475,000 in a sexual harassment lawsuit against a Grain Valley restaurant. The seven day jury trial, which was largely conducted through Spanish language interpreters, resulted in the jury finding the restaurant and its employee liable for sexual harassment, retaliation, and battery. The Court then awarded another $300,000 for attorneys fees for a total judgment of $775,000, plus costs.
