KANSAS CITY, Mo. – June 10, 2020 – Brown & Curry’s client filed suit after an inmate stole a guard’s key and used it to gain entry into her cell, where he sexually assaulted her. The assault occurred in 2016. A $1800,000 settlement was reached with Jackson County, Mo.
