Brown & Curry file second suit against the VA and Mark Wisner

Two more men filed suit against the VA in Leavenworth, Kan.,  for inappropriate medical examinations and questions by former Kansas physician assistant Mark Wisner.One man named in the lawsuit, Christopher Anasazi, now lives in Washington.  The other man, who has filed as  John Doe A, remains a Kansas resident.Earlier this year, the first civil lawsuit against Mr. Wisner was filed by a Kansas City – area veteran.A copy of Mr. Anasazi and John Doe’s filed complaint can be found here. 1 ComplaintMedia coverage of the lawsuit can be found here.  And here.
